Been meaning to send you a note all week to let you know how much I am loving my new ML 350. I mean what can I say. I am so impressed with this vehicle. I absolutely love the blue tanzanite color and the medium dark carmel colored leather and I so appreciate your doing the seat & side panel switch for me so I could get the color leather I loved so much. For a large vehicle it feels like silk to drive. The steering is like sweetness. Just being it makes me feel special. You know that motto Mercedes-Benz has, ‘the best or nothing”, now I know why they say that, the car drives and feels like the people who make it live and breathe that credo. What is also very impressive is how amazing a ride it feels when you’re going really really really slow. I’ve never experience anything like it. And at higher speeds driving it fills me with excitement and confidence. I love how it takes corners – smoothly and effortlessly but with a sense that the vehicle has a real “solid backbone”. What’s also cool is when I get in and put the seat belt on the vehicle auto adjusts the belt around me to the perfect snugness and I just snuggle into the seat. Also want to say thanks for the incredible customer service given. Your passion for what you do and for Mercedes-Benz really shines through in that you provided me with customer care that far exceeded my expectations. Thanks again and best wishes,

My car was picked up on Saturday and I would like to thank you for a job well done!

This was the first time that I personally had to deal with the arrangements of the repairs to my  car and I would like to thank you for making the experience an easy one. From the moment I showed up with my damaged car you were helpful, courteous and a true professional. You followed up and provided all the information and updates as promised so that I was able to make arrangements on my end. The car looks as good as new!
